You know your role; you know what is to be done to complete the task. Still, we wait for directions from senior to tell us. What I am saying is, if you know your job, your role, just do it without being asked to do. This puts us above the 95% of the average people who always ask for directions and depend on others to tell them.
👉 Take 100% ownership, say I am responsible!
With this attitude you avoid the blame game (biggest negative trait). Just by saying I am 100% responsible, you get confident, you will discover new ways to tackle the problem. Co-workers will start relying and trusting you, they will reach out for help. The leaders want someone who can get things done, and the person who takes 100% responsibility ensures the task is complete. With this attitude you always complete what you started.
👉 Go the extra mile!
Do that 1% more every day even if you feel demotivated. Do you know the horse that wins the race by an inch on the finish line is not 10 times better than the horse which came 2nd, however it gets 10 times more as prize money. So go for that 1 extra mile, that 1 extra task and you will be ahead of remaining 98% of people.
👉 Pay the price!
What do you mean by paying the price? It is the price for your goal! If you want to be next level manager, Lead, Director, VP, top salesman. You must think, act, talk and do the task of the next level person you want to become NOW. You have to pay the price in full in advance. You cannot say, once I become that next level person, I will start doing what requires then. So, start thinking, acting and doing like the person you want to become, and naturally it will come to you.
👉 Keep your boss Happy!
Now, who is your boss, it is obviously the customers you serve. Not your immediate manager. How to keep the boss happy? Ensure whatever task you are doing is a masterpiece with minute details in place. Think if the quality of your work will impress and satisfy your boss. In the end if you keep your boss happy with mastering your activities, you cannot stay unnoticed for a long time.

Be happy when doing your daily task, do it with smile. Smile is contagious, people will start noticing you and your quality of work. You become a magnet attracting more and more opportunities, so stay calm, be pleasant, let it show on your face and attitude
